Delaware
Valley Overhead Door will:
● Give a time frame specifying when
your service call will be completed
● Service Technicians will identify
themselves upon arrival at your service location
● Complete all service described within
the service request and leave a signed copy of the
completed work order for your records.
● Quote additional repairs, major
repairs and/or replacement parts before performing the
additional repair work.
● Clean up working area upon completion
of service work
Delaware Valley Overhead Door will not:
● Provide service without a written request
● Provide service other than installing or repairing
overhead doors without a written quote
● Exceed quoted amount without prior approval from
customer
We generally provide service between 7:00 a.m. and 5:00
p.m., Monday to Friday. We provide 24 hour emergency
repair service, 24 hours a day, 365 days a year.
Business hours for voice mail are between 7:00 a.m. and
5:00 p.m.,
email and faxes may be sent anytime. Our
general response time is within 30 minutes.
Delaware Valley Overhead Door will provide
limited and/or delayed service during inclement weather:
● The only customers we will service during extreme
weather conditions (snow of 4" or more, sleet, ice,
flooding and extreme thunderstorms) are those within 25 miles of
Ambler, PA
● Limited or delayed service may occur in any extreme
weather condition, and in any city or state, declared
weather emergency
● All service calls during a period of extreme inclement
weather will be on an hourly advisory status depending
on the driving conditions |
